Would be very useful to introduce the following things: - trolley hire service (nominal price or for free) so the customers from the neighbourhood around the store can easily transport their stuff from their home to the store without using/hiring a car or going forth and back for numerous times. - 24/7 access would be very benificial - lower storage prices

I was all set to move, when suddenly my new landlord called and said there was a delay with the property - I had to wait a few days. Looked Big Yellow up online and saw there was space. Gave them a call and they made everything super easy - just said pop down with all of my stuff and they'd sort it out. The same staff member I spoke to greeted me on arrival and talked me through the process, and she was great - really friendly. Would definitely recommend to a friend, and have done so already!

APART FROM PRICING, THESE GUYS SAVED MY BUSINESS I DON'T REALLY HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE PRICING, HOWEVER, IT IS CONSIDERABLY HIGH. SOME OF THE ROOMS ARE THE EQUIVALENT OF A 1 BED APARTMENT. THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS THAT THE ONE BED IS ABSENT OF KEYPADS AND YELLOW DOORS....

The real downside of the Kennington branch is its very restrictive opening hours, especially at a weekend. If you were going to make an improvement, that should be it. And at no extra cost as it is already fairly expensive. The staff at Kennington really are excellent. Friendly, helpful, ever cheerful. Good recruiting.

We had never used such a service before but needed to store our son's university paraphenalia and furniture. We felt so impressed we actually wrote to thank staff for their helpfulness and efficiency. Our daughter and son in law are currently using your storage, whilst relocating, on our recommendation. Very impressed too.

It was overall a positive experience storing at Big Yellow. The only thing that was arguably inconvienient was the opening hours, and the staff were helpful in coming up with ways round this.

I've used Big Yellow in Beckenham and now Big Yellow in Kennington and have been impressed with the attitude of staff - friendly and helpful. My latest use is with the Kennington store, the attitude of the mangers was really good and the store is clean and easy to use.

Not having used your company previously, I can confidently say that we would not think of anyone else, given the quality of service we have encountered. From the very beginning, when we enrolled and were guided through the paperwork, to the present, when we are about to complete our period with you, we have felt entirely happy, secure in the knowledge that our possessions are safe and accessible. Your team at Kennington, certainly, are exemplary.

Compare to a number of competitors of Big Yellow, I was impressed by the professional staff and the clean and efficient facilities. Big Yellow are a cut above the rest.

No problems at all with service or staff. My biggest problem is that the money is collected over 4 week periods unlike all the other monthly DDs I have, hence this causes me countless financial reprofiling problems. I also find the service incredibly expensive- it costs more than my mortgage and I feel a bit exploited. Because of these two stings in the tail, it rather spoils recommending BY to friends.
