Shirin was excellent and gave great customer service

The whole process from discussing my needs and being able to deliver on your promises was very smooth and satisfying decision to use your company. All staff were extremely friendly and professional. And they even went out of their way to help me when I arrived late due to my removal van turning up late.

Shane, Csaba and colleagues ensured that our experience at Kingston North was seamless. Nothing was too much trouble. They are highly organised and very knowledgeable and flexible. Shirin and Shane were fantastic in terms of providing support and relevant information when it came to showing the unit and subsequent onboarding. Really appreciated the human touch.

Shirin who I dealt with regularly was so helpful and friendly. It was a stressfull time and she made it a little easier. Just had to arrange a one off late access visit for final bits in, I called and left a message. Isobel (?) called me back promptly and was also a credit to you

Very helpful & friendly customer service

Everything was really straightforward. We were shown around different size storage units we chose the one that suited us and given a price which we were happy with .Csaba explained everything to us.We filled in the form online came back the next day to get keys for storage unit.Shane looked after us today again everything was straight forward. Initial email contact with the manager Shane was helpful and clear. When I visited the Kingston North branch Csaba was extremely helpful and went through several options with me. When I visited again to sign up for a unit Shane and Shirin were again very helpful in the admin and explanation of access etc.
