Great facilities. Customer service was incredible. Shane and Csaba helped at every stage with clear, concise information in a friendly and welcoming manner.

Organised checkin in advance to facilitate late access on my “move in day”

Everyone I spoke to in the office, Shane in particular, was friendly, prompt and re-assuring about the whole process. They chased me when needed but I never felt like I was being hassled. Csaha and Shirin were also fantastic to deal with.

Shane at the new North Kingston Big Yellow was FANTASTIC! I was under real time pressure and he onboarded me and sorted out my storage super-fast, with great care and friendliness. He’s an absolute credit to Big Yellow and his professionalism should be recognised and rewarded.

The whole process from discussing my needs and being able to deliver on your promises was very smooth and satisfying decision to use your company. All staff were extremely friendly and professional. And they even went out of their way to help me when I arrived late due to my removal van turning up late.

Shane, Csaba and colleagues ensured that our experience at Kingston North was seamless. Nothing was too much trouble. They are highly organised and very knowledgeable and flexible.
