Fantastic staff from first contact with Big Yellow. The only storage company to explain how space is sold in square foot (and what that looks like) and no cubic feet. I was confused as I knew I was hiring a 3D ' cubic' space. Only Big Yellow understood and explained. Other storers implied I was a bit foolish expecting to rent in cubic ft.

I thought the whole process was pretty seamless and for the most part clear on the pricing model.

My initial enquiry was handled very well. I was looking for a quote, which I received almost instantly. This was followed up by a phone call the following morning by Rahima Miah. All very well done. Thank you.

Shane dealt with my initial enquiry. He was polite, professional, friendly and informative - without being pushy. Georgia was on duty on the day I moved my things into storage. She too was welcoming, professional and informed. Both Shane and Georgia are a credit to your organisation.

Rahima at North Kingston Branch really helped make getting the unit easy, I am recovering from spinal surgery and she found us a unit on the ground floor just inside the entrance and took the time to make sure every step was explained in a friendly and professional matter. It made a real difference to know she remembered me from previous conversations and the offer she made was genuine while we weighed all the options.
