Shane handled my enquiry in a professional manner. He ran through the whole process with ease and efficiency giving me at each stage the opportunity to ask questions. On the day of moving into my storage space Rahima was on the front desk welcoming me and again I received a professional first class service. I was impressed with the way Shane and Rahima worked as a Team. Great to experience customer care given at the forefront of the Big Yellow Self Storage ethos.

Rahima was very professional and friendly. She knew exactly what she was doing and talked me through every step. As well as another chap in the main office who helped me find the store location. He was very patient. I'm so impressed with the team.

Everything was so easy. The Yellow Storage rep was so good and put me at ease and answered all the questions. Very helpful as I was quite stressed. Rahima Miah made sure I got exactly what I needed and at good value, cannot thank her enough. I knew the Kingston branch was pretty good and I would recommend to anyone.

I just used the website to find what I needed. It was all very straightforward and easy to do. The online check in was very simple and I received a courtesy call to let me know exactly what I needed to do when moving in.
