Insurance is an expensive component and is really used to give a lower storage price. If the customer doesn’t want to take out insurance they should be allowed this option

I'd barely booked the room online before I got a phone call from Georgia, who welcomed me and talked me through the admin. She was also managing the site on our first visit and was brilliantly clear on everything and very friendly.
