The guy on the phone and in store were both really helpful. The guy in store's name began with a D i think but i can't remember it!

Checking in, document and ID verification and inventory update was easy and fluid. Melissa gave superb assistance. I was offered and provided with a cup of tea. Over all the process was A+. The cuppa was excellent. Melissa is a credit to Big Yellow. Kingston BY are lucky to have her on the team.

The team at the store in Kingston was super friendly and efficient, they made it all very easy and also very fun, too!!

I was impressed by Aaron Baker the store manager and his team Todd and Mel. There were very professional and efficient made my moved in so hassleless and smooth.

The check in process was easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The storage was easy to access, was clean and seemed secure.
