A gentleman named Todd helped me with all my queries and paperwork at the Big yellow storage in Kingston. He was helpful and extremely friendly. He made the whole experience easier for me. He was very professional and provided an A class service.

Jess was exceptionally friendly, helpful and informative. I really enjoyed working with her as she made the process easy and seemless. As someone who manages people, I would say she is exceptionally talented in her customer service and is a great asset to the company.

The staff at the kingston store were extremely helpful and friendly. Jessica Miller in particular who dealt with us from enquiry to moving in was brilliant from start to finish.
