For the most part we are delighted with the small room we have rented to help us during a house move. Our one complaint would be in relation to standard access hours which barely suit working families. And while it is obviously possible to pay extra for out-of-hours access, this doesn't really feel reasonable - 0800 to 2000 would feel a lot more realistic and reasonable.
the gentlemen working in the London Road kingston branch was extremely helpful even though i arrived at the last minute on sunday 1 April. i wasnt expecting to be treated in this way and was a relief to get everything sorted for a fairly stressful move.
Check in was made very easy and all explained very clearly. Thank you Barry Brinkley. Facilities all very streamlined and easy to use.
Everything runs smoothly. Access within open hours is no problem. Everywhere is clean and tidy and I feel my belongings are safe.

These guys couldn't do enough for us. Showed us a couple of room sizes, talked us through what we had, best options and access types that worked for us.
Everything was exactly the way it should be. I'm impressed and thats not easy.
We were introduced to the Storage facilities by Dion who couldn't have been more helpful, he explained everything quickly and efficiently set up our contract.
I have never met such helpful, friendly, informative staff...I would definitely use this facility again because of the staff.
Big Yellow got me out of a crisis when my house wasn't ready to move into and I had to find somewhere to store the contents of a 4 bedroomed house at very short notice. The staff were all helpful and explained everything very professionally and clearly, and I felt reassured that my possessions would be kept safe and secure while at Big Yellow. I would definitely use them again!
