Friendly helpful staff. Just started to load stuff and so easy to do so.

Customer service, both over the phone prior to moving in and in person on the day was exemplary. Jonathan and Amy ensured that my experience was stress free, explained all the fine print with clarity and handled every aspect with total professionalism.

Amazing staff, extremely helpful. The whole experience, the car park, the trolleys, the coded access, the lifts...a credit to yourselves. Deffo use again and recommend.

Friendly efficient customer service.

Staff very helpful. Dealt with us as soon as we arrived. Showed us to our storage, explained about fire alarms, exits etc. and showed us where the toilets where. Also the initial price is excellent.

Excellent company to deal with. Could not praise them highly enough. The staff on site could not do enough to help us with advice, support and even a welcome cup of coffee when we arrived after a long and tiring journey. Great service. They do what it says on the tin.

It was everything it said it was especially the help from staff I am 74 and names just won't stay in my brain but I think it was Amy and john and Jenna they were just great and I also congratulate the person who interviewed them for the jobs as they could see they were going to be wonderful ambassadors for armadillo regards Margaret boden/ Sarah boden
