Great custermer service and helpful st

Pleased with the product and particularly pleased with the customer service. I dealt with Jonathon and with Jenne.

We had to wait for approx 30 mins to check in even after we had pre registered on line. This was not the lady who was on dutys fault, there was only 1 member off staff working, and another customer was being dealt with.

Because the staff I dealt with both on the phone and face to face were amazing.

Customer service was excellent and the facility itself was very easy to use. Trolleys were extremely helpful!

The level of service was great. The whole process of booking a space and the administration and paperwork was made simple and easy and well explained by the staff who attended to me

I found Johnathan helpful polite friendly and knowledgeable. He even made me and my family and cup of tea which was lovely.The storage area Wass clean and secure.The reception area was clean and bright.
