The girl on the desk was very helpful and informative. She went through everything and offered to help if we required it. This made the whole experience easier and smoother. great customer service .

Excellent staff giving informative service.

Francis was really kind and made the experience an easy one for me. She explained everything I needed to know and checked my understanding. She offered my daughter a cup of tea and let us have extra minutes after closing time when we were struggling with time.

The workers (Jenny and Jon) were extremely helpful over the phone and made sure I understood the whole process. When I arrived Jon ensured I had a quick and easy check in and again answered any questions I had. The price is very fair and with the excellent customer service I would definitely recommend.
