friendly staff

Everything went to plan and got a good price for 175sqm room. Depot even stayed open late for the removal guys to get finished up.

I dealt with Jenna initially, she was very quick to respond and very helpful, importantly not pushy as that is often a turn off but she was very professional and friendly and let me know everything I needed.

We dealt with Frances at your north Liverpool store, she was very poilte, pleasant and knew her job throughly. She is a credit to your company and made such a stressful time seem not so bad. The storage area itself and the surrounding area was very clean and well presented to.

Both staff on duty that day at the North liverpool branch were friendly, efficient and very professsional.

The staff really brightened up my day even as I was under quite a lot of stress trying to get out of my flat on time. They were very helpful and a great laugh.
