Very well, it was rather straight forward experience. Relatively easy to understand everything too.

Having enquired on line , l received a friendly phone call from a team member. Helping me find and choose what l was looking for . He explained the process and l then reserved the storage space on line . The day before l was due to use the storage space, l filled all my details in online then made me way to reception for contract signing. I was dealt with by a very pleasant young lady named Sian , she was fantastic and made the process very easy to follow . Her instructions were clear, so when l did arrive at the storage place , l accessed my space easily and with confidence.
