I was contacted by Lisa over the phone after I enquired online. She invited me down at my leisure to look around and explained everything from start to finish.

The overall booking process was simple and understandable. The only problem I had was the prior booking notice of 8 weeks. This resulted in me booking a room bigger than I needed to secure storage which cost me more money in the long run.
