Great handling initially although I was requesting for edge lane and got a call from the Bootle office. Everything was easy and clear except for the initial charges you have to pay. Had to call and ask for this amount would be better to be emailed to you before check in

From the first phone call and subsequent phonecalls the staff were very helpful and took time to explain and answer questions. On the day i was checking in Roxy was very helpful and showed me the different units and took time to explain all the details.

This company is as always (used in the past) friendly and efficient. Lisa talked us through the process, explained the paperwork and showed us a suitable room for our needs,
