They explained very well over phone As we arrived a smiling staff member introduced herself and helped us fill in the paperwork Showed us around the building and how to use the security code box
Enquired online initially, followed up by call from Luke, he was confident and knowledgeable, he assured me they could meet my needs, and to call in and see some storage and see if it fitted my needs. Went to facility and Roxy was available she went through every thing with me showed me some different sizes until I was happy, even showed me same size in different locations, she was really helpful. Completed paperwork. Left really happy. Checked in online, went back with id etc... Roxy gave me loads of help showed me how alarm codes work where trolleys where etc. Took my first boxes today thanks to Roxy, all went well didn’t need any help.
