Very helpful and straight forward - Customer Service guy was extremely helpful as were the staff before which is why I returned to Big Yellow Storage again.

My query was handled by Jonny Rio when I arrived at the store yesterday. I have never had such fantastic customer service in all my life. He was extremely quick in understanding my requirement and very responsive as well. Jonny Rio gave me a high level of confidence in the ability of the product proposition offered by big yellow. he showed me around and supported me in moving my things in. He often checked in me to make sure I was fine whilst moving my things into storage. I would recommend Big Yellow to higher more staff like Jonny Rio

Edwin provided first class customer service. He is a credit to your company.

We arrived at the container to find out there had been an error with our booking. Obviously arriving with boxes (house move) and finding out there was no booking for us, or now no availability was extremely distressing. Edwin was very helpful and did extremely well to keep myself calm during this.

Edwin was incredibly helpful and friendly, he took me through the whole process and kindly answered all questions to make me feel at ease with the move

Our experience of using Big Yellow was enhanced by the service we received from Edwin. He was extremely friendly and easy to deal with. He explained the process clearly and quickly and enabled us to use the facility with do delay or confusion. I would have no hesitation to recommend this facility or use it again ourselves. As a repeat customer it was easy as my details were easy to find and l had an option to check in online. On the day of moving in l was delayed due to traffic but the manager was kind enough to wait for me even after they had finished.
