the young lady KRITIKA SHARMA was very polite and knowlegable and made my first time using the big yellow so easy to understand and she had such patience with me

the representative was very helpful, everything was explained to us. Kritika was very attentive and helped us to choose the right size storage space for us. Kritika had a lot of knowledge which really helps.

Storage unit is clean....the building itself it clean, tidy & well organised. Each unit is individually alarmed. Access is easy to use. Available access after business hours.

I was initially looking at booking Safestore, but after talking to Kritika, she did a price match for me and got me a bigger and better locker. She was nice to speak to and was able to answer my queries. She looked my up on the system, and managed to identify me as a previous customer (although 10 years ago), and made me feel like a valued customer. Was happy that she price matched and gave me better options, plus a ground floor locker. When coming into the store, to settle up, I spoke with Jonny. He was incredibly helpful. talked me through the whole process, showed me around my locker. He even helped to carry boxes to my car that I had purchased later on. So a big thank you to Kritika and Jonny.
