The team at Luton are just fantastic. From Jonny creating the initial quote and completely understanding and listening to my needs to create a decent solution. The onto Rebecca who facilitated the the booking efficiently and comprehensively, and then later resolving an issue I had with a faulty door upon my storage unit, Edwin and Rebecca attempted to fix the problematic door, and then were able to draught in a technician to fix the door before 6pm that same day whilst giving me peace of mind that they were going to keep an eye out over my contents whilst the door was broken in an open position

A great experience! Edwin from reception was very polite, his customer service was at a high standard. He is very professional . The rooms were clean and the facilities were great - there are trolleys provided and you can gain access during office hours at any time.

This is the second time I am using big yellow storage and the customer service experience is second to none.
