As the website was clear and concise about every single description of how the service goes. As I arrive, Gemma the 'fun and quircky' receptionist helped me with everything I needed. Made my application easy and hassle free. Would definitely recommend to friends.

I was pleased that big yellow were able to give me flexibility around access to their facilities to meet my needs, which took the pressure off immensely. Check in was lengthy, as it suggests on the reservation form but Adam - who was short-staffed that day - was as fast as he could be, briefing multiple clients on the t&cs in an excellent way. To his credit, he remained polite and professional despite rude clients. Would def rec altho it is pricey.

Easy location, although not a great deal of parking, not sure what it will be like at peak times. Staff were incredibly helpful throughout booking and return visits. Unfortunately you have to pay extra for 'out of hours' access when the 'normal' hours are primarily most people's working hours. Overall though, it's good value, helpful staff and an easy location.

I've reserved a value room after discussing with the staff but i have been advised that the space is bit small at the last minute. I then had to pay a full price for a bigger space as my movers were waiting with stuffs at the Luton storage. I thought it'd be easier if the staffs advised about going for a bigger room when I mentioned about the items we'll be putting. Also my budget went through the roof when Big Yellow charged me a full rate. Other than that i have no issues - so far

Very impressed with the staff on arrival. They were pleasant, courteous and explained everything to me in detail. Impressed with the organisation and cleanliness. Felt secure leaving the contents of my home with you. Would use this facility again, excellent!
