We were at first very anxious about using this service - it has proved to be an excellent solution tro our storage problem. Staff are so very helpful. If you want peace of mind-this is the place to store your your items.

Access is reasonably good depending on which direction you come from. Parking not usually a probalem though can sometimes be busy. Staff have always been helpful and friendly. Prices have crept up over the last year though may still be cheaper than elsewhere.
I have nothing but praise for your staff and the facility in Luton - it was extremely handy for me as I lived in Leagrave. Whilst it really can be a "One Stop Shop" the pre-packed boxes sold in the store are more expensive and of poorer quality than Boxes I obtained elsewhere - don't get me wrong - they do the job but are not too robust and won't last much beyond one use.
I have benefitted significantly from my Yellow Box Storage and would instantly secure another unit if needed in the future.
The store is fairly easy to find, there is always someone to help and there are easily manoeuvred trolleys and wide corridors. Access uses a unique code. When inside there is privacy but with the knowledge that there is CCTV in corridors. About a week after I removed my belongings I received a refund cheque for unspent time, which I didn't expect.
Staff were always helpful and friendly. Made the experience really pleasant.
Easy - straight forward - affordable - I would definitely recommend it
