On arrival, I was met by an enthusiastic member of staff who took me through everything I needed to know and showed me the room and how to gain access using my unique code.
After a very long day Stefan absolutely ended it perfectly for us. He offered us the most stress free move in, with a friendly smile. He explained everything to us which was very helpful as we had never used storage before, and we walked away very impressed that Stefan was doing such an excellent job even though he was the only one on shift due to someone being poorly and we came quite late in the day.
George and Donna provided a great tour and clear information.
