Very friendly and helpful reception staff.

Very well. Quick and easy. I was just not pleased thst I could not pay for one month upfront znd had to pay for two months upfront. I had been scammed on my bank account therefore one months payment wudve helped in the meantime. Don’t know how you can make people pay for two months upfront.

Everything good and friendly but - a sign of the times and the modern approach to legal obligations - a lot of on line forms to complete, which are a bit of a pain.

Melissa was terrific throughout. Easy to deal with and helped understand everything with ease.

Initial inquiry handled very well. Had a call from the team at the Morden store within 2 minutes of requesting a quote online. Carlos was very helpful and I appreciated that he recommended the smaller of the 2 units I was considering and didn't try to upsell to space I wouldn't need.

Raheem was fantastic. Really helpful and friendly. He was brilliant to deal with and made the whole process really straightforward.

Couldn't have asked for an easier process. Team were quick on hand to call me about any queries and the staff were amazing at showing me spaces to get an idea of what size I would need.
