It was really easy to find the right size unit, the online information was really clear and then I got a call from Raheem at Merton Big Yellow who was super helpful with advising me what the next steps were and getting me moved in on the same day! On top of that, the unit was really clean and the big, easy to move trolleys helped me get everything in the car in the unit in one go

I would honestly say the service from the staff was indeed welcoming and made place at home. The introduction and details I needed was delivered promptly. Also the tour within the storage units was very precise as per briefed upon arrival.
