Extremely friendly, helpful and professional

I was left courtesy calls after my quote. Since I did not know how much space I required, Chris took me around to show me different unit sizes. Also Chris asked what I would need it for and suggested the units with Electricity and Broadband which was very interesting.

Raheem handled our initial enquiry extremely professionally and was friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Emails were sent straight away so we could complete the initial check in quickly and easily. Chris handled our set up and the process of booking, arranging insurance and moving in. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and demonstrated the whole process for us to make it all really clear. Very high quality, professional and welcoming staff throughout the process, I would definitely recommend it to others.

Our initial enquiry was handled excellently by Jeremiah Haase and this outstanding service contunued throughout the process, from the outset, all the way up to "moving in". He could not have been more helpful, flexible and couteous, and also so knowledgeable about the types of space on offer and what would best suit our needs. On top of all of this, he is a highly personable and impressive young man and is a great credit to your company.

Raheem at the Merton store gave exceptional service, he was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and made the entire process so easy, I think you have a fantastic member of staff in Raheem. The other chap working on the day I opened my unit was so friendly too - he gave me a tip on how to stop my glasses fogging up while wearimg my mask! All the COVID-19 guidelines were followed at all times which really reassured me. I have used this store before and I'll definitely use it again.

The initial call was extremely straightforward and the chap that managed my enquiry was very helpful in explaining the process and the costs. When I went to the facility to physically check in it was close to closing time and Carlos (the chap who was there) went above and beyond to stay slightly beyond closing time to ensure he could complete my process. He was extremely helpful and I was extremely grateful for the extra lengths he went to.

I liked that there was a contact from the store to reach out to see if they could help arrange storage, but it wasn’t pushy like another provider. The website check in was good.
