Although relatively easy to obtain information on room sizes and prices online, I would have preferred not to have been contacted and left to make contact myself. Otherwise, the process was straightforward.

Firstly I would like to take this opportunity to compliment your staff member Jeremiah - at 61 Morden Road, Merton Branch. Everything he did was conducted and handled very professionally, he explained everything expertly and was able to answer all my questions and made my amended requests orderly and very methodically. He also fully explained the process of booking including the move to the storage space fully structured and very easy to understand and follow. He also gave us tips that would help speed-up and help John from Lifters Removals - move our belongings the following day into our storage space. Again this was excellent advice. I must also compliment John and his colleague from Lifters Removals, who made a hard job look easy and both did this with a professional and very happy demeanour - while taking time and expert care with our furniture.
