Big Yellow Merton was a pleasure to deal with, I am going on a ski season for 4 months and moving country can be very stressful but the team here made me feel at ease and the gentleman on the desk during my first enquiry really looked after me

Extremely impressed, I spoke with Shane a couple of times before hand and during check in and he genuinely was extremely helpful and friendly, offering advice and services without the hard sell. Really impressed with the overall experience and his proactive and friendly approach! Give the man a pay rise/promotion!

Very quick follow up after initial enquiry. I received an email and a phone call. Initial meeting at reception was very helpful and told me all I needed. Very helpful advice and guidance when I moved into storage space. Staff were very friendly.

The staff were excellent, Carlos, Shane and Jeremy. Helpful, friendly, knowledgable and made me a coffee. They represent the company very well and it was a pleasure meeting them.

Very helpful and informative, a quick response, everything I needed to know from first call onwards. Shane was particularly helpful on the day I moved into the storage unit; couldn't be better. I don't think anyone could be more helpful than he has been.
