Rahima at Merton was really helpful and courteous from the time I initially phoned to my first visit yesterday to start storing my possessions. She explained everything clearly and succinctly - a very personable young lady!

Check in was very easy, and we were given helpful information in enough detail. We were shown our room before we completed the paperwork which was reassuring and shown in person how to enter/exit the facility.
