As a first-timer to self storage this was an ideal service. The staff were polite and talked me through the whole process patiently. The space feels secure and clean, and the size was just right for the contents.

On 24th dec 2012 i went to your Meton branch to enquire about starting storage on that day. The receptionist was explained everything very proffessionally, politely and friendly, and said she was closing at @2pm. I was dissapointed at the early closing as i then only had a few hours to get my stuff. I then went to other companies. They all closed @ 2pm because it was xmas eve., however one had very competitive prices. I then telephoned your receptionist at Merton, she offered me an "out of hours" pass just for that night. This immediately gained my custom and i bought space straight away. I think this is EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE as the staff member listened and then knew my main concern and acted accordingly and quickly seized a sales opportunity by offering me an important benefit, which in turn benefited your company because i gave my businesss to Big Yellow and not the other company.
