Very helpful and friendly staff, walked me through everything in detail, explained all charges. Generally made the whole experience very easy, especially as it was my first time using self storage.

Not quite perfect as far as access times, I would prefer the odd evening access for free.

From the moment i phoned the lady was very polite, Melissa is her name. She explain every step to me. There was a good deal going at the time. I went for 200sq. In fact all the staff are wonderful in there, Rahima and Louis. That is the reason i keep coming back. Thank you for you help. Mr Adjepong.

The staff were excellent. It was easy to check in. Each time I had a query it was dealt with efficiently.

Melissa and Erin were absolutely the best. Offered a cup of tea which was really appreciated after a stressful morning. They did not rush me and was most accommodating and helpful. Will highly recommend going there.
