Having never used storage before I was dubious about leaving all my possessions but the staff at Big Yellow Storage were very helpful and the facilities were clean, safe and secure. Everything was explained to me clearly so I knew exactly how much everything was going to cost and how to best use the service. They also assisted me in finding a 'man with a van' to ensure my moving day went as smoothly as possible. They definately take the stress out of moving and storage, highly recommended!

It was my first experince of using public storage, but after using Big Yellow storage in Morden road, I can say I will use their service in the future and definitly recommend them to others.

Very easy to use and location very convenient for us and good value for money. The staff were really helpful. My only small quibble is the amount of paperwork that needs to be done at the store. Even though i had done my admin on line prior to arriving at the store, it still took nearly half an hour to complete the paperwork before we could unload into our room. As we were paying our van driver by the hour,this bumped the transport costs up.

We needed a temporary storage space between tenancy leases. The BIG YELLOW offered us a fully comprehensible service with good attention and service from their staff as well. The gentleman at the BIG YELLOW Merton really made us feel like the space was ours and they would be there to answer any questions and also make our space as accessible as we'd like. Thanks!

The Big Yellow Self Storage at Merton is convenient and easily accessible. The staff were excellent, well informed and extremely helpful. The storage units are clean and very spacious. Renting a storage room has helped eased the congestion in our home. None of us belong in the 'throw away' society and with two children (one having been and the other currently at University) with their own household equipment toing and froing between halls and home our living space was constantly being compromised. Big Yellow solved that whole problem and has given my husband back his shed as well.

I have been with the Merton branch of Big Yellow since it opened 2 years ago. Despite this being a very competitive industry, I have decided to stay with Big Yellow for the following reasons: 1. Exceptional customer service from ALL staff 2. Exceptional cleanliness 3. Very easy and very secure access system 4. Highly competitive rates I couldn't praise their professionalism enough and look forward to storing with them for many years to come.

Staff were always help full, nothing was to much trouble. The access to the lockup was simple to use. We would not hesitate to use Big Yellow again.

Staff really polite; service and access easy to use; staff instil confidence for infrequent user and full of helpful tips and advice - supportive without being intrusive.

When signing up for a years storage with Big Yello< Merton the staff coudln't have been more helpful. They took time to show me aroudn the facility and show me different sized units. I have since re-signed for a further year. They might not be the cheapest storage company around, but the units are modern, clean and dry. In my opinion good value for money.
