I have been with the Merton branch of Big Yellow since it opened 2 years ago. Despite this being a very competitive industry, I have decided to stay with Big Yellow for the following reasons: 1. Exceptional customer service from ALL staff 2. Exceptional cleanliness 3. Very easy and very secure access system 4. Highly competitive rates I couldn't praise their professionalism enough and look forward to storing with them for many years to come.

Staff were always help full, nothing was to much trouble. The access to the lockup was simple to use. We would not hesitate to use Big Yellow again.

Staff really polite; service and access easy to use; staff instil confidence for infrequent user and full of helpful tips and advice - supportive without being intrusive.

I am pleased with the energy saving facilities being used and the 24hour access. I think the double doors are not very secure as they are a light metal construction.

When signing up for a years storage with Big Yello< Merton the staff coudln't have been more helpful. They took time to show me aroudn the facility and show me different sized units. I have since re-signed for a further year. They might not be the cheapest storage company around, but the units are modern, clean and dry. In my opinion good value for money.

I was moving house and Big Yellow proved to be the perfect stop gap for our things to avoid moving it all on the big day.

I moved from Dorset to London and I was very stressed as I was unable to move in to my property,hence the storage, this was a new experience and the staff where great when I booked, when I put my furniture in and moved it out, every one of them were kind and sympathetic, which made a pretty miserable situatio, bearable. IF I EVER move again I would return to Big Yellow. Thanks to you all.

Found the staff to be knowledgeable, helpful, with a great helpful positive manner. Any queries/concerns were always addressed promptly and efficiently.

Located near to my home, this, for me is a great service. The 4th storage facility I have used in my ife, it is also the best - most secure, dust-free, clean, nice and bright with ease of use and access. I would happily recommend this to friends and family.

What a pleasure to be taken under the wings of these guys. They were all without exception that I dealt with, helpful, efficient, patient and knew what they were talking about as well as being able to offer immediate flexibility should it have been needed. Will definitely recommend and use them again if needed.
