First time I've used storage and can't believe my house fitted in the room! Was clean, easy to use and liked the high security. Friendly staff and appreciated recommended removers. Only thing I didn't realise was different size locks wouldn't fit so I think this should have been made clearer. Finally would like access hours to be till 8pm as standard through the week to account for working days, although have been helpful arranging ad hoc access.

I was quite worried about the whole process, but was so relieved that it did not take as long as I thought and the friendliness of the staff made you feel completely at ease and the process quite simple. The building itself is quite amazing!

Every thing is good and convenient. Easy to access ,parking is easy.there were two staff when I boked in the male staff was excellent and friendly but the female staf was very impolite .

This is the second time I have used Big Yellow and both times have been easy and uncomplicated. Staff are pleasant and well trained, Joanne, at the Merton store was particularly kind and helpful. Access was easy, my unit accessible and clean and the late hours are a great help. I would certainly recommend everyone to Big Yellow.

I found the staff at Big Yellow in Merton (Martin, in particular) to be wonderfully helpful and patient. They answered all my questions, gave me everything I needed, and were very prompt in giving me the information about my refund when I didn't use the container for a whole month. Highly recommended.

The staff were extremely helpful, co-operative and willing to help whenever I called. The refund was in my account within 3 days.
