Easy to use store with very helpful staff. Can't turn right when leaving though!

Really friendly and helpful staff, especially at check-in. I needed to be moved to a larger room and it was no problem, and all procedures were explained fully to me. I was also given a cup of tea whilst I did the paperwork, which was lovely! when it came to checking out, I had a complaint as was overcharged, but the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Not the cheapest storage around, but I would definitely recommend it, particularly for the accessibility options.

I found the staff at Merton extremely helpful and informative. Everything was explained in detail. The building and my space is kept very clean and tidy. I would definately use you again.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They showed us exactly what size box we needed and the various options available to us. I would recommend this to anyone looking for storage space.
