Fairly easy. Needs more documentation about how the keypad works, as I could find no mention of the numbers that preceded the code I created.

Everything was explained in very simple terms and I left feeling as though I fully understood the entire process.

My initial enquiry was dealt with promptly and efficiently by Emma. The full process was clearly explained.

Really quick and easy to book online and to complete the self assessment. We moved in and were shown around the building, Emma was lovely and helpful and answered all our questions. Also really wonderful and patient as we were managing our little girl as well as signing documents and moving in. Everything was clearly explained and set up very quickly. Thank you.
