Staff very courteous and helpful. Everything explained. Able to negotiate cost versus Safestore quote. Ease of acces. Clean, new, purpose built premises.

Fairly easy. Needs more documentation about how the keypad works, as I could find no mention of the numbers that preceded the code I created.

Everything was explained in very simple terms and I left feeling as though I fully understood the entire process.

My initial enquiry was dealt with promptly and efficiently by Emma. The full process was clearly explained.
