Very detailed and timely information prior to booking in, knowledgeable staff when we checked in. Jason, who booked us in was able to move our unit to the first floor as I'm not good with lifts. Very easy process and we were even able to get extended access on our move in date.

The process was very easy. The staff at the Milton Keynes branch were excellent and made sure I was happy with everything. Because I was unsure of my storage size required, the flexibility I was offered was ideal.

Dear Sirs, Where customer service is extremely important, I know that most people have cause to complain. But I also believe that when excellent customer service is given, it should also be acknowledged. I recently used your storage facilities and I can truly say that I was pleasantly surprised. From the moment that we entered the sales staff (whom I now know to be Aqua and Cristin) provided what I can only describe at exceptional customer service. Not only were they extremely pleasant and approachable but they were happy to answer all and any questions that we had whilst giving us a clear understanding of all procedures. I have been in customer service for over 30 years and it is quite rare to find good or even great customer service. But what we experienced that day is nothing less than exceptional and your company should be really proud. I do not know if you have a reward system but if you do, please could you reward them on not only my behalf but on behalf of the other customers which I have no doubt have received the same service as I have. As you know customer service can either make or break a company and I can definitely say without a doubt that you definitely have it right with this store. When you are looking for a flagship store you should really consider using this one to highlight examples of excellent customer service. I am writing because I think that it is very important to acknowledge it when such a service has been provided. Please thank the team on my behalf for providing such a wonderful service.
