Easy process

Pretty good Service but it seemed to drag on a bit. All I wanted to do was put my stuff in the room.

I haven't used a storage facility before and was impressed by the level of customer service provided by Sarah with regard to taking me through the process. The facilities are excellent, too.

Robin,the young lady that delivered the storage service was very clear with the instructions she gave.Also very friendly and amenable,and a credit to your company.Showing me around and explaining every step clearly and concise.

Very helpful staff, who explained everything relating to using the storage facility including out of hours access. Helped me assess my requirements and pick the correct size unit also advised of the delivery service on offer.

Great staff and facilities.
