I was rather surprised at all the 'extras' I needed to pay as this was not mentioned on the online quote pages. The space I took was advertised at approx. £15 p/w for 8 weeks (£120) and it actually cost me close on £200.

Its the first time i have used storage space, and the attitude and helpfulness of the staff at Big Yellow, Milton Keynes made me feel that they care about their customers, I would have no hesitation in recomending them to anyone who needs storage space.

I made a phone call to the MK depot on Friday morning, then went to sort out the terms and conditions. All done within 15 minutes, great service. Moved most of my stuff in the same day, all in a secured location. Instant access and very secure, what more could you ask for.

I would like to thank the help and compation recieved from your young lady recepionist in the Milton keynes Branch! I had no idea what to do and how to go about storage!! she was so help full and explained and showed me all I needed to know. I sincerely hope that she is made aware of my gratitude towards her.
