I would like to thank the help and compation recieved from your young lady recepionist in the Milton keynes Branch! I had no idea what to do and how to go about storage!! she was so help full and explained and showed me all I needed to know. I sincerely hope that she is made aware of my gratitude towards her.
Everything about the booking was excellent from start to finish.Polite, helpful staff. The organisation, the paperwork was done very efficiently and professionally. Would definately recommend.
With my family moving house soon, I thought I would put something into storage just to make the moving day easier. I have the big yellow storage company ago as they were the only one I had heard of. The staff were very helpful and explained everything clearly. The only downside is after I went online to check prices I kept getting phone calls asking if I still wanted the storage room, as I had not made my mind up yet it did start to get annoying.
It is extremely useful to have this facility when moving to Milton Keynes.
The staff at big yellow were excellent, I was showed around the room and was given all the reassurances I needed. Importantly there is always enough trolleys and moving equipment available and the place is always kept neat and tidy
Checked out the facility online and visited to view the storage. Website very easy and online check in very good. On each visit the staff were very helpful and attentive. Access for vehicles is good and plenty of trollies to move items to unit. Also provided information on van hire and local movers, including discounts with local companies.
This place is very bright and cheerful. The staff are efficient and friendly. Good value as well. Great location--so near city centre.
Can't fault Big Yellow MK, have used them 3 times now when moving house over the last few years. Only small issue is that are that a couple more trolleys would be helpful at busy times.
Keeping the bits of your life in a strange place can be a bit troubling. You want to know that nobody else will be rummaging through or be able to just walk in and out. The security system at Big Yellow appears to show whether someone is in your lockup without having entered the correct access code at the front door. Staff are friendly and helpful (I had to change mine to a slightly larger room as I had more than expected, and the check-in staff helped me find the right one and I was given tea by the manager). I've used Big Yellow twice now.
I wish we had done a big clear out sooner, getting all our loft junk and office storage in one place means we have sent half of it to the tip already. Less junk in your life means a clearer mind. Now we will bin most of this and as we work on it we can easily move into smaller cheaper storage.
