Customer reviews for Milton Keynes Self Storage

All good - above expectations generally - but price was higher than expected for such a small space

Good

I was rather surprised at all the 'extras' I needed to pay as this was not mentioned on the online quote pages. The space I took was advertised at approx. £15 p/w for 8 weeks (£120) and it actually cost me close on £200.

Very Happy customer

All I can say that I was very pleased with the way I was treated, most helpful.

Excellent - met my needs.

First class customer service from the staff at Milton Keynes.

Very friendly helpful staff. Explained everything to me. Unit is perfect for what we need.

Its the first time i have used storage space, and the attitude and helpfulness of the staff at Big Yellow, Milton Keynes made me feel that they care about their customers, I would have no hesitation in recomending them to anyone who needs storage space.

I made a phone call to the MK depot on Friday morning, then went to sort out the terms and conditions. All done within 15 minutes, great service. Moved most of my stuff in the same day, all in a secured location. Instant access and very secure, what more could you ask for.
