It has been a good experience to use the storage service. The access was very secure & the space provided has been well maintained.

I needed temporary storage for DIY equipment and other surplus items in order to de-clutter the house. So dropped into the Milton Keynes branch for a quote. I was pleasantly surprised by the range of storage rooms available, the easy access and cleanliness of the facility, including the toilets. The staff were helpful and all necessary packing materials were on sale. The quote was very competitive, so I went ahead and moved in! I accessed my room several times over 6 months and everything was just as I left it. After quitting the room, the final paperwork was done on the spot. My first self-storage experience was a good one!

I think Big Yellow is fantastic! THe staff's attitude was pleasant and helpful. The storage was just what I wanted. This is a no hassle environment. I would recommend Big Yellow to anyone looking to store their things.

I found the Milton Keynes store really helpful when we stored stuff between house moves. When our move was held up by the snow, they were very flexible about when we vacated our space, and the experience was altogether excellent.

The constant movement of the payment dates I find diificult to handle as I need to manage my budget carefully. Why can't the payment for my unit come out of my account on the same day every month?

We have used Big Yellow several times now, and on each occasion we have been treated with the utmost courtesy. The staff are well trained and understood our needs. The storage units are clean, tidy, bright a cheerful, not forgetting secure. In fact our youngest daughter always enjoyed our trips back and forth to Big Yellow ! We would not hesitate to recommend Big Yellow to anyone who needs storage facilities.

I found the service very good. Instructions on how to use the facility were easy to understand The staff were always helpful and friendly, any queries were dealt with promptly and efficiently.

I chose the Milton Keynes store from central London when I was going abroad for several years. The price was reasonable and I could move my furniture and books in a day with a hired van. It is easy to reach from the M1 and I can revisit my storage room on foot from the rail station. The staff were friendly and helpful and have dealt quickly and efficiently with correspondence from China. I can't remember the size of my room, but its number is B33B.

Our second visit to Yellow Storage - excellent facility and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definetely recommend to anyone.
