I am very pleased with the service I receve from your premises in M K , I do have a small complante, but I do not think you can do anything about it. When I arrive to load or unload, it is very fustrating to find the loading bay blocked by vechials just parked with no-one anywhere near them, and still there when I have finished and ready to leave.
We had great fun moving a load of household goods into storage at Big Yellow Milton Keynes. Great security, amazing choice of space and the staff could not have been more helpful. Top service !
From the very first phone call made to enquire about availability to signing the contract and moving in, everything has been a very positive experience. A pleasure to deal with. Excellent.
Just a quick note to say be careful when choosing your box. We choose one that was ok for our 2-bed house contents, according to the internet, but when we arrived it was certainly a squeeze to get everything in and that didn't include any white goods or bedroom furniture!
I have never used a storage facility before and badly underestimated the size of room I would need when I booked online, but the lady who booked me in was able to offer me alternative much larger accommodation without fuss and was so kind and helpful.
The facility is located very close to the train station, so it's easy for people who do not drive to get to it. Onsite, the staff are extremely kind and helpful. It's easy to change from one room to another room should the size not suit, and the staff also give you information as to what services are available in the area should you need to dispose of items that you have stored, or want to give away. I would definitely recommend them.
There is a refreshing ease to using Big Yellow. Once set up, we've been able to make use of our space with the minimum fuss. Best of all is the wide range of well-maintained trolleys that make transporting heavy good to our room a breeze.
Was v impressed that you seem to have thought of every angle.. Would have thought it was backed by Virgin or IKEA is so efficient!
