I was able to move in only giving them two days notice, staff were very helpful and made moving house easier for me. I have been able to change to a smaller room when I had a clear out and the staff did this very quickly and dealt with all the paperwork for me.
I think The big yellow storage box is a fantastic Idea, and I believe that it is very secure, which has friendly staff, and great facilities. Ok it is a little expensive, but its best to go to someone with a good name and reputation. In otherwords you pay for quality.
We are new customers and using the facility at Milton Keynes. The staff are extermemly helpful, the facility is clean and bright, and so far I cannot fault any part of the experience. Wish I had done this years ago!

I needed some additional storage space at short notice and Big Yellow provided it without any fuss or nonsence. The staff have been very helpful and we got everything sorted quickly and easily.
Big Yellow is a very good facility and caters for all my business storage needs. One slight criticism though - the toilets or rather toliet is never very clean and really there should be both Ladies & Men's!
Was very hesitant about using a storage service but I needn't have worried. Everything was explained to me instore, step by step, by a friendly staff member. Nothing was missed out. I was then impressed by all the security and how easy it was to move my items into storage.
It may be quite scary to take away things from home& to store them when you move. Actually J find it very easy because it is fun to fill your car with thigs and to have your own room in light premises where music makes you to enjoy what you do. And if you have questions, staff us always there to help. Great experience!
The customer service I received from my initial telephone inquiry to taking up a storage space was exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble. I would not hesitate to recommend the service or to use it again in the future.
I am very pleased with the service I receve from your premises in M K , I do have a small complante, but I do not think you can do anything about it. When I arrive to load or unload, it is very fustrating to find the loading bay blocked by vechials just parked with no-one anywhere near them, and still there when I have finished and ready to leave.
