Very good

Online check in is so very useful and practical as the moving person. Team was brilliant all the way at initiation process.

The staff were all really nice, George showed me to my space and explained everything well, also made me feel comfortable on what was quite a stressful day.

The staff are friendly and tried to deal with things as quickly as they can due to the restrictions and handling their new process

Personally, I find the very sales nature of the whole process extremely stressful. I hate being sold to. I'm already enquiring about your product, I don't need phone calls (that I haven't asked for) and continually reminders of how much things cost each time I speak to someone (which by the way, seem to differ every time and I'm sure they try and increase the quote even when the previous person I spoke to already reduced it). Just let your staff do customer service and don't make them sell sell sell, I feel sorry for them to be honest, just for a few extra quid in company pocket every week.
