Absolutely first class service and communication. Adina was an excellent ambassador for Big Yellow.

Online process was straightforward and quite easy to navigate to my chosen options. Please note although below I have noted value for money, other factors that made it a deciding factor for me were location, quality of the locker units and overall the good customer service I received whilst in the store.
