It was super easy to book a storage unit and complete the steps needed online. When I got to the store, Adina was super quick and friendly.

The online system was great, especially the pictures which give an idea of the quantity of stuff which can be stored in units of different sizes, and the ability to check in online.

I usually stress out pretty easily around situations such as moving, but the store team was on point, precise, and still funny and polite. Dealt with every situation with fast and effective logic.

George and Adina were super helpful

I don’t like how insurance is quoted on the phone after a lesser quote (without insurance) is given online. This is a real put-off for me, hidden costs are very irritating for all customers, let’s be honest.
