Very helpful and upfront staff. Everything was explained over the phone as I was arranging the booking. Felt like there was someone there every step of the way. When I arrived at the store itself In new cross Adina processed everything for me, she was very helpful. It really took the stress out of the day because of how she dealt with me, She was professional yet made me laugh. The whole experience was made simple for me and being able to share a laugh with the staff made it enjoyable too.

Adina made the entire process run smoothly. She went through everything carefully with me and was very polite. Treated me not just as a customer but also as a friend. Would definitely use again.

Very well indeed. I got all the information I needed and we had a laugh as we went along. The only issue was a slight mix up on latest arrival time on the day (I was initially told 5pm and had planned around this, but was then told 4pm on the day) but when I spoke to the team on the day they were very accommodating and it was all fine.

The team at Big yellow Storage in new cross were extremely helpful - both in the initial to check that I booked the right room for me and on the day, Dave was great and made the process really simple

I’d say that there was maybe to many calls before Check-in but the Check-in clerk was amazing, really went for the extra mile! Well done
