My enquiry was dealt with quickly and I didn't have to wait to be spoken too.
George was extremely helpful and attentive explaining the process, answering questions, taking care of things even before my arrival (he called multiple times with information, helping me to plan my check-in and arrival). This has neutralised any sort of extreme stress about moving my items into storage, making me feel that there is a trustworthy person who would take any step possible to make this process (which was unfamiliar to me as this is the first time I am using self-storage services) as comfortable as can be.
I don’t usually do these surveys, but I’m very happy to share my experience with you. I was on your website comparing prices / locations to other storage firms. I got a follow up call from a David Knight a few minutes later. Within an hour, I has reserved a room unit, filled out the docs and was moving in. A painless and pleasurable experience, David is an absolute credit to yourselves, and even though I found a unit with another form closer to my house, I chose Big Yellow only because of him. Needless to say the service he provided when I got to the unit was as excellent as the serivce on the phone. He is a credit to your company, you have a new client solution because of him- I hope someone reads this and acknowledges the feedback with him.
Lauren, Adina and George made the whole process very easy, especially during the current social distancing restrictions.
Lauren and Adina were so kind and helpful with the admins side and Ben showed me the unit. Excellent customer service from all of them!

I initially spoke to a woman at Big Yellow Storage New Cross who I think was called Diana or something similar - she was absolutely lovely, so helpful and friendly and explained the costs involved in a really clear easy to understand way. When I arrived at Big Yellow on Saturday 4 April the two women on duty were similarly helpful and clear. Amazing service.
