Very well

I had a call as soon as the storage office was open, and he was really helpful and friendly talking me through the process. I didn't feel pressured which was also really great!

Adina & Ben were very helpful. They've walked me through the process in detail. The storage unit was decent size.

The team was courteous, friendly and very helpful I dealt mainly with Ben and George they both went out of their way to make me feel welcome, they talked me through the application, terms and conditions, showed me the entrance / leaving process and answered every question I had.

My initial enquiry was handled very well. Your staff were very helpful looking for the best deal to accommodate me. I was shown two different units to give me an idea on the size. Everything was explained thoroughly and was able to ask questions if unsure of anything. The staff was very professional and polite.
