Friendly and helpful staff - I spoke initially to Alan, later Dave followed up on Alan's quote and I was 'checked in' by Lauren. All were clear and friendly without being pushy.

The staff were so helpful from start to check in. I have never used strorage before and they made it easy and less stressful.

I was greeted with such a welcome, cup of tea in fact- so lovely after a long drive and stressful day. From start to finish, my getting into storage was efficient and easy, and the two people who helped me were so polite and courteous plus super helpful.
