I had no idea what size storage I needed and it was only after Dave took some time to take details of the items I was storing and show me around available storage unit sizes that I was able to determine exactly what I needed.

Extremely easy and straight forward, with the right amount of badgering/help.

The best customer experience I have had in a very long time. George rang me beforehand, explained the costs and next steps in a very clear way. Val was brilliant from start to finish. He was informative, humorous and did everything he could to make the customer journey as smooth and effort free as possible. I don't generally recommend companies but I will, without doubt recommend the team at New Cross. Thanks for all your help!

I liked both the levels of friendliness and professionalism. I was happy with the offer to make the cost of storage a little cheaper than a rival storage place which definitely help sway my decision to use your store and I look forward to using your facility going forward.
