Great friendly service. Clean environment. A few too many add ons at the till

I was so impressed with the customer service and the manner in which the advisors tried to make the whole experience of moving house less stressful The 50% discount was a big help too But I gave a score of 10 out of 10 because of Val Fabian who was absolutely fantastic to deal with and explained everything clearly and made the whole experience fun

I was helped by Ernest onsite and the quality of the service was impeccable. Very friendly and respectfull staff!

Dealing with Jenny from head office was an absolute delight - she was personable and extremely accommodating. Similarly, Val at your Lewisham/New Cross was an absolute pleasure to be served by - he was helpful, considered and extremely knowledgable. Thanks for all your help!

I was helped by Ernest who was friendly and very knowledgeable. Offered me a cup of tea which was a very. Also showed me the unit and explaind the process which i found very helpful

The facilities are lovely, cool, clean, bright and the service from Val was efficient personal and helpful. The administration was completed swiftly. I forgot to twist the lock on my padlock and was going away the next day, we rang the office and Val was able to twist the padlock for me the following day. When I returned to store some more Val remembered me.

Val was super friendly, very helpful - listened to my needs and then helped me find a room and storage plan that was right for me. For my first time using storage this was very easy and even enjoyable.

Service was great and very easy to sort through. Website was very informative so I arrived prepared. Val was really helpful!
