Amazing service provided by Keith and Lewis, they explained everything to me clearly and answered all my questions. They were very friendly, polite and approachable too! Very happy that they were there to help me.
Very good experience. My only ask would be that you have a “preferred method of communication” option during the sign up, so that we could select email communication also. The other non-big yellow storage places rang so often that it was actually annoying.

Giving that I am not even in the country at the moment due to the current situation It has been extremely easy to deal with the whole process, from getting a quote, to deciding on how much space I need to actually move in my stuff. I am super happy with how nice, helpful and easygoing the staff in the New Malden have been.

I enquired for a price via website. I received an email with a quote and later also a phone call from Debbie Knight who was super nice and helpful. She answered all of my questions. I was happy with the price and customer service so I made a reservation and when I was moving my boxes in New Malden store next day, Keith was super kind and helpful - he showed me how everything works and took his time even though he was the only one in the store. Really great staff, easy/no fuss process. I only had 48 hours to move so will be recommending your company to anyone.
