It was pretty easy from beginning to end

Giving that I am not even in the country at the moment due to the current situation It has been extremely easy to deal with the whole process, from getting a quote, to deciding on how much space I need to actually move in my stuff. I am super happy with how nice, helpful and easygoing the staff in the New Malden have been.

It would have been helpful to have the dimensions of the lock so I could have purchased one in advance.

I enquired for a price via website. I received an email with a quote and later also a phone call from Debbie Knight who was super nice and helpful. She answered all of my questions. I was happy with the price and customer service so I made a reservation and when I was moving my boxes in New Malden store next day, Keith was super kind and helpful - he showed me how everything works and took his time even though he was the only one in the store. Really great staff, easy/no fuss process. I only had 48 hours to move so will be recommending your company to anyone.

Very helpful young lady showed us 3 different size units so we could decide which was best for us. Booking was made and when we needed to alter dates slightly there was no problem . Process of moving in explained clearly and simply
