Staff Team especially Louis Szreider He recommended me the best solution that could save my cost to store from big to smaller space. Staff provides a lot of information before moving into the storage room. I really understood the process of storage and I feel that my belongings will be kept safely.

Keith, the store assistant who served me at New Malden BYSS, was extremely perceptive to my requirements and quick to suggest options that would suit. It was very easy to get everything booked and he made sure to answer all of my questions (very well and with patience), so my understanding of the process was full.
